Florida Hospital Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is committed to helping and educating the community on preventative techniques and the benefits of CREATION Health. Our team participates in more than 250 screenings, health fairs and events through community initiatives and partnerships with pro, college and local sports organizations. This enables us to provide education on our programs, services, therapists and doctors, which may enable prevention of injury and illness.
