Just a short note of thanks for the excellent physical therapy treatment I received at the Florida Hospital Sports Medicine facility in Altamonte.
As you know i was diagnosed with right knee joint tendinitis, and Dr. Ryan prescribed 8 therapy sessions.
At this point, after the 8 treatments, my knee is very much improved, and I can walk up steps with no problem, and put weight on my knee with almost no discomfort, and by continuing the exercises you provided me there is continued improvement.
I appreciate the results, but also the excellent and attentive care I received. Every day when we began you remembered just where we left off , even though several days had elapsed since my last visit. You even continued a conversation we had on prior visit. That made me feel that you were completely focused on my care, though I know you see numerous patients every day.
On all 8 visits, I was never kept waiting. Within a few minutes of arriving I was receiving treatment. What other medical facility provides that service!
Last but not least, your cheerful and positive personality made the care I received as pleasant an experience as physical therapy can be.
